Terms of use

Last changed 17 October 2026. Short, and in plain words, like what this app keeps.

What this is

Neko Outfitters is a free beta run by one person on a computer in a house in Ontario. While it's invite-only, you need a code to make an account. Using the website or the phone app means you're fine with these terms.

Your account

Your things stay yours

Photos and everything in your closet belong to you. You let the app store and process them (cutting garments out, reading colours, building outfits) only so it can work for you, and show them to friends you've chosen to share with. Garment descriptions can go into the shared catalogue, as the privacy page explains, and you can turn that off.

What it doesn't promise

Leaving, and being asked to leave

You can delete your account at any time: You → Delete account in the phone app, or Profile → Delete my account on the website. That removes your account and everything in it. An account that breaks these terms can be suspended or removed.

Changes

These terms can change; the date at the top says when they last did.

Law

The laws of Ontario and of Canada apply.

Asking

Ask in the app, or wherever you got the link.
